Meet Rusty
Assistant Superintendent for Student Wellness & Certified Therapy Dog. If you’ve spent any time in the Coldwater Exempted Village Schools, chances are you’ve met one of our most popular staff members—Rusty.
Now entering his fourth year with the district, Rusty has become an important part of our school family. As our certified therapy dog, he works alongside—and lives with—Superintendent Doug Mader, providing comfort, encouragement, and emotional support to students and staff throughout the district.Rusty’s primary office hours are:
