School Vision & Dental Programs
Coldwater Schools is partnering with Health Partners of Western Ohio to offer dental and vision services to students during the school day.
These services are provided on-site at school and are available to all students, whether they are insured or uninsured. There is no out-of-pocket cost to families. If your child has insurance, it will be billed; if not, services are still provided at no cost.

Vision Outreach schedule will be announced several weeks in advance:

- Eye exams
- Glasses, if needed
Dental Outreach schedule will be announced several weeks in advance:
Dental services may include:
- Dental exams
- Dental cleanings
- Dental sealants
- Fluoride treatments
- Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF)
- Oral health education
To participate, please contact the Jodi Weigel, School Nurse or building office for the application or access directly here. Services will only be provided to students with a completed consent form on file.
